Role: Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead our Private Client department. This is a senior role with the opportunity to become a Partner, offering the chance to shape the department’s growth and contribute to the firm’s long-term success.

We are looking for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE in all aspects of Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Deputyship. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and management skills, experience in developing strategic plans, and a strong track record in building and maintaining client relationships. STEP membership and business development experience would be advantageous.

Role: Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking a proactive, confident Conveyancing Executive to join our residential conveyancing team. In this role, you’ll manage residential conveyancing files for sales and purchases, including providing quotations, conducting searches, liaising with estate agents, advising clients, producing contract documents, handling enquiries, and managing completion and post-completion tasks. You’ll work on transactions from start to finish, with support from our Conveyancing Assistants, allowing you to understand the entire process of buying and selling property.

Role: Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking full-time Residential Conveyancers at various levels to join our Conveyancing Team. As a progressive, forward-thinking firm, we value experience and enthusiasm and are committed to helping you develop your career.

We welcome applications from both qualified and unqualified candidates with proven experience working as fee earners in a busy Conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, equity release, and plot sales throughout the entire transaction. You should be confident in managing your own caseload, pragmatic, client-focused, and commercially aware. Some experience in commercial property would be advantageous but is not essential.
