Maria Endall

Maria Endall is a Partner at Hatch Brenner and Head of the Family Law department. She is a specialist matrimonial solicitor who advises clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial settlements and matters relating to children.

Maria also advises on cohabitation agreements, as well as pre nuptial and post nuptial agreements. As a member of Resolution, she is committed to helping clients find constructive and amicable solutions wherever possible and aims to avoid court proceedings when appropriate.

Originally from Norfolk, Maria qualified as a solicitor in 2005 after completing a Law with Psychology degree at Staffordshire University and the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Birmingham. After taking a career break to raise her family, she returned to practice and spent seven years as an Associate Solicitor and Head of Child Law at a firm in north west Norfolk before joining Hatch Brenner.

Maria conducts much of her own advocacy and has appeared in the High Court, including on appeal in a case involving interim child contact. She is known for her calm, clear and compassionate approach, particularly when supporting clients through complex and emotionally sensitive matters.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys running, yoga and spending time with her two children. She is also President of the Aylsham Conference of the St Vincent de Paul Society, supporting those in need in the local community.
