Hayley Mortlock is an Associate Solicitor in the Family team at Hatch Brenner. She has been part of the firm since 2015, completing her training with Hatch Brenner and qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2017. She became an Associate in 2025.
Hayley is a child law specialist who provides legal advice and representation to parents in matters involving children, including Child Care Proceedings. She works with clients through complex and often sensitive situations, providing clear guidance and support throughout the legal process.
Hayley studied Law at Nottingham Trent University before completing the Legal Practice Course at Kaplan Law School in London.
