Emma Kellett

Emma is a family law solicitor based in Norwich, advising clients on all areas of family law including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, domestic abuse, children matters, nuptial agreements and financial settlements. Known for her calm and supportive approach, she helps clients manage sensitive situations with clarity and understanding. She promotes constructive, amicable solutions through negotiation wherever possible, while providing strong representation when court proceedings are necessary.

As a member of Resolution, Emma is committed to reducing conflict and helping families achieve fair, long-term outcomes whilst encouraging clients to make informed decisions with confidence.

Emma graduated from Nottingham Trent University with an LLB (Hons) Law Degree before completing her Master of Laws (LLM) and the Legal Practice Course.

Originally from Norfolk, Emma often explores the Norfolk countryside by taking long walks with her dog. She enjoys running and enjoys travelling to new countries, including city breaks across Europe.
