Sarah Finn

Sarah Finn is a CILEX Lawyer and Head of Property at Hatch Brenner. She joined the firm in January 2021 and leads the Property department, overseeing a wide range of residential and commercial property matters.

With more than three decades of experience in the property sector across East Anglia, Sarah brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role. She advises clients on a broad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, mortgages, and equity release.

Sarah also has significant experience in residential development and commercial property matters. Her work includes advising on new build purchases, deeds of variation, deeds of easement, overage agreements, lease extensions, site set up, and plot sales.

Before joining Hatch Brenner, Sarah held several senior roles at law firms across East Anglia and Devon, including serving as Partner and Head of Residential Property at Dunn and Baker LLP.

Sarah is known for her proactive and practical approach and is committed to achieving efficient, positive outcomes for her clients.
