Lizzy Phillips is a Conveyancing Executive in the Property team at Hatch Brenner. She joined the firm in 2017 as a Legal Secretary and progressed into her current role in 2021 after gaining experience across a wide range of residential property transactions.
Lizzy has experience working directly with clients both locally and across England and Wales, helping to ensure their transactions proceed as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
She is currently working towards her CILEX qualification to become a Chartered Legal Executive.
Lizzy’s work includes handling property sales and purchases, leasehold transactions, new build purchases, transfers of equity, assents, remortgages, retirement properties, auction sales and purchases, and shared equity transactions.
