Fiona Beesley

Fiona Beesley is a Senior Associate in the Family team at Hatch Brenner. She joined the firm as a Solicitor in October 2018 and became a Senior Associate in 2025.

Fiona is a child law specialist who focuses on providing legal advice and representation to parents in matters relating to children, including care proceedings. She works closely with families to guide them through complex and often sensitive situations.

After completing her studies at Newcastle University, Fiona qualified as a Solicitor in 2006. She has previously worked for the local authority at nplaw, as well as in private practice in both Norwich and London, giving her valuable experience from a range of perspectives in child law cases.

Fiona achieved her Children Law Accreditation from The Law Society in March 2022 and is recognised as a specialist practitioner in child law. She is also qualified to act on behalf of children through their Guardian.
